Mitch Reitman
Founder and managing principal of Reitman Consulting Group, Mitch Reitman provides tax compliance, due diligence, brokerage, valuation services, litigation support, and financial consulting to the Systems Integration, Security, and Fire Alarm Industry.
For more than 25 years, Reitman has been actively involved in local, state and national security trade associations and has held leadership roles on boards with ESA and AIREF. An active member of several local and national associations, he serves on the board of Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, Alarm Industry Research and Education Foundation, and several others. He has also worked with TBFAA and local associations to set up and administer a scholarship program for children of public safety officers. He was honored as TBFAA’s 2019 Person of the Year.
He is a frequent speaker on business and financial topics at local meetings as well as state and national conventions.
Mitch Reitman began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, Certified Public Accountants, where he was an audit manager. He has been in the security industry for 25 years and is a former vice president of acquisitions for Select Security and director of acquisitions and business development for Protection One Alarm Monitoring.
Mitch holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Applied Economics from University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin

Chester Grudzinski
Chester W. Grudzinski, Jr.'s leads our Tax Consulting and Transactional Advisory practices. He is an attorney with over 40 years of experience regarding federal, state, and other tax matters relating to security, fire, and systems integration companies. He has represented many clients with the formation, operation, and liquidation of all types of business entities, including in that process many mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Grudzinski has represented individuals, private business interests, and publicly traded companies. He also represents clients in tax controversy matters. His emphasis has been upon partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations, and trusts that have engaged in a wide range of businesses, including investment activities, real estate activities, oil and gas activities, and other active businesses.
Chester is a Trustee of the Law School Foundation of Texas Tech School of Law. Chester is also an active member with the Partnership Tax Committee of the American Bar Association and has participated as a speaker and as a member of discussion panels for such committee. Chester has a commitment to the community through his service on the Board of the Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America, as a Westside Little League baseball coach, and as a volunteer coordinator at the Presbyterian Night Shelter in Fort Worth for All Saints Episcopal Church.

Carol Todd
Carol Todd is in charge of our tax compliance and tax representation services. She also manages our External Reporting assistance Practice group which assists our clients’ in the development of client prepared schedules and other information for use in reviews and audits by their independent CPA’s.
Carol graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of North Texas – formerly known as North Texas State University. She was a dedicated shareholder in an established Fort Worth accounting practice for over 20 years, where she gained extensive experience in tax preparation for individuals and businesses as well as financial accounting principles. She utilizes her vast experience advising the clients who rely on the firm’s knowledge and expertise in these areas.
